Pet Policy
$50 monthly pet rent for a cat, $75 monthly pet rent for a dog. Deposit for 1 or 2 cats is $500, dog is $600, dog and a cat is $750 and 2 dogs is $1000. Breed restrictions include: Akida, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepard, Mastiff, Shar Pei, Rottweiler, Pit Bull Terrier, including Stafford Shire Terrier, American Stafford Shire Terrier, or Bull Terrier, Presa Chanario, Wolf Dog, AK Malamute, Great Dane, Husky and Saint Bernard . Fish tanks cannot exceed 25 gallons without management approval. All other types of animals may need to be caged.
